Privacy Policy

SolveUnit Scholar processes account, payment and usage information needed to provide the service. Submitted text and uploaded documents are not stored in the application database after processing.

Feedback

Product feedback stores the submitted message, category, page, language and optional contact email. Signed-in feedback is linked to the account; anonymous feedback is also accepted. Raw IP addresses are not stored with feedback.

Paper reports stored in your browser

Structured paper reports and version summaries can be stored in the current browser under the signed-in account so the user can compare revisions. Source files are not retained, reports are not synchronized across devices, and the user can delete the local project history.

Data security

SolveUnit Scholar uses HTTPS encryption in transit, keeps API credentials and signing secrets on the server, and limits access to stored account, credit, payment and feedback records to the systems needed to operate the service. We minimize retained data and do not keep submitted document contents in the application database.
